HoM Logan- made by me
It's been little over a week since my last update. The weekend at the beach was ok. Not very special or anything. We kept the costs to a minimum and still had a good time, but the girls I went with are in a different stage of life or something. Marriage, having a family, jobs, stuff like that. Not what's on my mind yet. They're nice enough though, we just don't have a lot in common anymore.

At uni, things are looking up. The meeting between the studyadvisor and the neuropsychologists went well and I think it was very nice to see that people are more willing to see my side of the whole Methods/PMB thing. I'm currently studying hard and making exercises to practise for the exam on the 29th. Next thursday I have the Developmental Neuropsychology exam too, so busy weekend with Easter and all. Thankfully it's not very difficult, but it's quite a lot.

Today I bought Wolverine: Worst Day Ever, Identity Disc & Wolverine: Inside the World of the Living Weapon. The latter is a very awesome book/encyclopedia of Wolverine. It's very pretty and informative (and up-to-date!). Cool parts about the various wars he fought in, quotes, timelines, partners, etc.

Jan didn't have Wolverine:Weapon X #1 yet :/ Hopefully next week.

Hey comic-people on my Flist,

[info]noscans_daily has a post in which people show off their collection. I think it's a nice way to see how other people store their comics and to see what comics people read.
So, my questions to you are; What does your collection look like and how do you store your comics?
Bookcases, longboxes, stacks on your desk? What do you think is the best way to store 'em? I want to know!

To keep it fair, I'll go first. I store my comics in a cheap Ikea bookcase. Some of them (the oldest, most valuable) are in bags, most of them aren't. I'm starting to run out of space though (there's 926 of them now)and I'm not sure what to do; buy a new bigger bookcase (maybe with glass doors against the dust), put some comics in boxes or simply buy another one.
How do you people with much bigger collections do it?

Pics or it didn't happen! )

Looking forward to your replies :)

I'm back! I already took a quick look at my Flist and I came to the conclusion that I really need to cut back on my communities.

Anyway. Dublin was amazing! I love it!
The best things about Dublin are the Irish and the fact that everything is within walking distance. It is by no means the metropole that London is, which makes it nice and cozy.

In case the pictures of the book ain't clear, let me show you a small part. I wish I could translate it, but that would mean I actually have to get what it says...

"Merk op dat de som van de vier effectparameters gelijk is aan 0. Het feit dat de som van de K effectparameters alpha k gelijk is aan 0 betekent dat er slechts K-1 vrije alpha k's zijn: als K-1 alpha k's bekend zijn, dan is ook de K-de alpha k bekend, want deze is gelijk aan min de som van de eerste K-1 alpha k's."

Buh? What????
